If Israel waits it risks annihilation.
If the US waits it risks damage.
If Israel doesn't wait it will alienate the present US administration. By both the US and Israel imprudently airing their differences publicly, Israel has been rendered impotent, because Iran is betting that Israel will not buck US policy on this issue.
That's one bet I'd take.
So the question is, “Why would Iran stop its nuclear bomb development program?” It won’t!
